Compliance guardrails

Reactivation only works if your customers feel remembered rather than harvested. These are the rules we run under, and the ones we'd hold you to as a client. This page describes our operating practice — it isn't legal advice.

First-party data only

We work exclusively with contact records your business already holds because those people became your customers or asked you for a quote. We never buy, rent, scrape, append, or enrich lists, and we won't onboard a list you can't explain the origin of.

Opt-out is immediate and permanent

Every message carries a working unsubscribe link and a plain-language reason the person is hearing from you. Opt-outs, replies asking to stop, and complaints are suppressed across every current and future campaign — including if the same person reappears in a later export.

Honest sender identity

Mail goes out under your company name, your physical business address, and a monitored reply-to address that reaches a real person. No lookalike domains, no misleading subject lines, no fake reply threads or forged 'RE:' prefixes.

Suppression before sending, not after

Before any campaign runs we strip unsubscribes, complaint history, records flagged in your own notes, invalid addresses, duplicates, and anyone marked do-not-contact. Suppression rules can't be overridden from the dashboard.

Your data stays yours

Your export is used to run your campaigns and nothing else. It is never sold, never shared with another client, never pooled into a wider database, and it is deleted on request when the engagement ends.

Claims we won't make

  • · We do not guarantee appointments, jobs, revenue, or a return on the setup fee.
  • · We do not make medical, health, or safety claims on your behalf.
  • · We do not give legal or regulatory advice — check your own obligations with your counsel.
  • · We do not send anything that implies urgency or danger that isn't real.
  • · Every number shown in the product demo is fabricated sample data, not a case study or a projection.

Contact frequency

  • · Two to three emails per campaign, then the sequence stops on its own.
  • · A customer sits in one campaign at a time — never several at once.
  • · Recent customers get a review and referral ask, not a sales pitch.
  • · No SMS for the pilot. If SMS is ever added it will require separate, explicit written consent.

Comfortable with all of that?

Then the only question left is what's actually sitting in your customer list.
