A 30-day pilot on the customer list you already own
Done-for-you. You keep your CRM, send one export, approve the messages, and take the calls. We handle everything in between.
Founding Pilot pricing
Setup
$199
One-time. Covers clean-up, segmenting, and writing your sequences.
Per qualified booked appointment
$50
Only for appointments your office actually puts on the calendar.
This is Founding Pilot pricing for our first cohort of home-service companies. Pricing may change for customers who join later — if you start a pilot at these terms, they stand for your pilot and we won't reprice you part-way through.
No card is collected on this site and no payment is taken. RebootQuote does not guarantee appointments, revenue, or any return on the setup fee.

Pilot guarantee & billing definition
The only variable charge is $50 per qualified booked appointment, so it's worth being exact about what that means. This is a billing definition, not a promise about results — we don't guarantee appointments, revenue, or any return.
Billable — all four must be true
- The person is on the first-party list you sent us
- They replied asking to schedule work you actually do
- Your office confirmed a date and time and put it on your calendar
- The appointment is inside the service area you gave us
Never billable
- Duplicates — the same person or household counted twice in one pilot
- Someone who is already an active customer with work in progress or already scheduled
- Requests outside the service area you gave us
- Obvious spam, bots, wrong numbers, or unusable contact details
- Anything cancelled or withdrawn before your office confirms a date and time
- Appointments your office declines, or that you tell us you don't want
- Enquiries for work you don't perform, or that you refer out
- Any appointment you dispute on the weekly summary — we drop it, no argument
Every appointment appears on your weekly summary before it's invoiced, so you can see what you're being billed for and dispute anything you disagree with. Disputed appointments are removed. If a job later cancels or reschedules after your office confirmed it, that's normal service life — it stays billable; if you'd rather agree different terms, we agree that in writing before anything is sent.
Is my list a fit?
A 30-second self-check before you fill anything in. These are our practical intake preferences for running a useful pilot — they are not legal advice and not a safe harbour of any kind. You remain responsible for how you may lawfully contact people on your own list.
Around 500+ dormant contacts
Smaller lists can still work, but below a few hundred contacts there usually isn't enough volume to read a result either way. This is a practical recommendation, not a hard rule.
A real relationship with the people on it
They hired you, quoted with you, or otherwise gave you their details in the course of doing business. First-party only — no purchased, rented, scraped, or appended contacts.
A home-service business
Plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or multi-trade. The segments and message templates are built around jobs like water heaters, drains, repipes, replacements, and panel upgrades.
Capacity to fulfil new appointments
Someone answers the same day and there's room on the schedule. Reactivation that lands on a full calendar is a bad experience for your customer and a waste of the pilot.
Not sure whether your list clears the bar? Send the request anyway and say so — we'll tell you honestly if we don't think a pilot is worth your $199.
Compared with the alternatives
Three honest ways to get more booked work out of the next 30 days.
| RebootQuote | Buying new leads | Manual follow-up in-house | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Where the contacts come from | People already in your own customer file | Strangers, often shared with competitors | Your own file — if someone finds the time to work it |
| What you pay for | $199 setup, then $50 per qualified booked appointment | Per lead or per click, whether or not it books | Office hours pulled away from other work |
| Owner workload | One export, approve the drafts, take the calls | Chasing and qualifying cold enquiries | Ongoing list-pulling, writing, sending, and follow-up |
| Software required | None — works off a CSV from whatever you run | Usually a portal or integration to manage | Whatever you already fight with |
| Who they already trust | A company they've paid before | Nobody yet | A company they've paid before |
Manual follow-up works — it's just the first thing that gets dropped on a busy week. Bought leads have their place too. The difference here is that the contacts already know you, the workload sits with us, and most of what you pay only lands when an appointment does.
The 30 days
Days 1–3
Written kickoff by email — no call required. You get a one-page export checklist and a secure upload link, and we clean and segment the file and send the counts back.
Days 4–7
You approve the message drafts and the sending address by email. Nothing goes out before you sign off.
Days 8–25
Sequences run. Replies are triaged daily. Qualified ones reach your office the same day.
Days 26–30
Closing report: what was sent, what came back, what booked, and the honest read on whether this is worth continuing.
Run the numbers yourself
Put in your own list size, average job value, and assumptions you'd actually defend. This is arithmetic on your inputs — clearly illustrative, not a projection or a promise.
Share of contacted customers who reply at all. Start conservative.
Depends heavily on how fast your office calls people back.
Illustrative only
- Replies
- 36
- Booked appointments
- 10
- Job revenue at those bookings
- $4,500
- Pilot cost at those bookings
- $699
Difference (revenue − pilot cost)
$3,801
At $450 per job, the $199 setup is covered after about 1 qualified booked appointment.
These are your own assumptions run through simple arithmetic — not a forecast, a benchmark, or a promise. Real outcomes vary with list size, list age, pricing, market, and callback speed. RebootQuote does not guarantee replies, appointments, revenue, or any return on the setup fee.
Who this is — and isn't — for
A good fit if
- You run a plumbing, HVAC, electrical or multi-trade home-service company with at least a few hundred past customers on file
- You can export customers and unsold estimates to CSV from your CRM, software, or spreadsheets
- Someone in the office can return a call or email the same day a reply comes in
- You already do work you'd happily quote again: water heaters, drains, repipes, system replacements, panel upgrades, service plans
Probably not a fit if
- You're brand new and don't have a customer history yet
- You want purchased, rented, or scraped lists — we won't run those
- You need SMS or cold calling in the pilot; email only for now
- You need a guaranteed number of jobs or a guaranteed return before you'll start
Straight answers
In one paragraph — what is this?
We take the customer list your plumbing, HVAC or electrical company already owns, find the people worth contacting again (unsold estimates, ageing water heaters, repeat drain problems, long-dormant customers), write and send the follow-up emails from your brand, and hand your office the replies that are ready to book. Founding Pilot pricing is $199 setup plus $50 per qualified booked appointment. Results are not guaranteed.
What happens right after I submit the form?
You get an on-screen confirmation immediately, and we follow up in writing using the contact method you selected — normally within one business day. There is no call to book, no calendar link, and no sales sequence. The next thing you receive is an email with the export checklist, the pilot terms in plain English, and a secure upload link. You can stop at that point with nothing owed.
Does this form ask for my customers' details?
No. The intake form collects your business and contact details only — company, your name, business email, phone, trade, roughly how many dormant contacts you have, and what software you use. No customer names, emails, addresses, or job history at this stage. Customer data is only ever transferred after you've accepted the pilot terms, through a secure upload link we send you.
Do I have to switch CRM or give you access to my system?
No. The whole system is built to work off an export. If you can produce a CSV of customers and unsold estimates from ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Jobber, Service Fusion, QuickBooks, Google Sheets, Excel — or anything else that exports — that's all we need. Nothing is installed, no logins change hands, and your office keeps booking in the software it already uses.
What exactly do I have to do?
Four things, all by email. Send one CSV export. Approve the message drafts and the sending address. Have someone in the office reply to the qualified enquiries we pass over. Tell us on the weekly summary if any appointment shouldn't be billed. That's the whole owner workload — expect well under an hour across the 30 days, plus the time your office spends actually booking work.
How do I know the economics work for my business?
Use the calculator above with your own numbers. The setup fee is covered once a small number of qualified appointments turn into jobs at your average ticket — and after that, the only cost is $50 per appointment your office actually accepts. That's the honest frame: we can show you the arithmetic, we can't show you a forecast.
Whose customers are these?
Yours. We only ever contact people already in the file you send us, who have an existing customer relationship with your business. We do not buy, rent, scrape, or append lists — ever. The list stays yours and is used only to run your pilot.
What happens to my data?
Your intake details are stored in a private database only you and we can read — nothing about leads or lists is ever public. Once the pilot starts, your customer file is used to segment and run your campaign and nothing else. We suppress unsubscribes, complaints, bad addresses, and anyone flagged in your notes before a single message goes out. We don't sell, share, or reuse your list for another company, and we delete or return it on request when the pilot ends.
Who is responsible for compliance?
Shared, and worth being clear about. You confirm the contacts are your own first-party customers and that you may lawfully email them. We handle the sending mechanics: honest subject lines, your real business identity and postal address in the footer, a working unsubscribe in every message, and permanent suppression of anyone who opts out or complains. Nothing here is legal advice, and we can't take on your obligations for you.
What counts as a qualified booked appointment?
A reply from someone on your own list who asks to schedule, and who your office then puts on the calendar. Wrong numbers, duplicates, spam, out-of-area requests, and appointments you decline don't count and aren't billed. If you dispute one, tell us on the weekly summary and we drop it — we're not going to argue over a $50 line item.
What results should I expect?
We can't tell you, and anyone who does is guessing. Outcomes vary with list size, list age, how the work was originally quoted, your pricing, your market, and how fast your office calls people back. Every figure in the demo and the calculator is illustrative sample data, not a projection.
Can I stop it, and what happens if I do?
Yes, any time, in writing — sending pauses within one business day. The pilot is 30 days, with no contract beyond it, no retainer, no auto-renewal, and no long-term commitment. The setup fee is non-refundable because the work is done up front; you're only ever billed for qualified appointments already delivered before you stopped. You keep the cleaned list, the segments, the sequences, and the closing report.
Will this annoy my customers or hurt my reputation?
The messages are written to sound like your company, sent to people who already hired you, with a clear unsubscribe in every email. Volume is paced, suppression is enforced, and anyone who opts out is never contacted again. If you don't like a draft, it doesn't go out — nothing sends before you sign off.
Do you send text messages?
Not for the pilot. Email only. It keeps consent simpler and it's enough to find out whether there's revenue sitting in your list.
How do I pay?
Not through this site — no payment is collected here and no card details are requested. The setup fee is invoiced in writing after you accept the pilot terms and before we start work; appointment fees are invoiced against the weekly summary you've already seen.
Why is this called Founding Pilot pricing?
Because it's the price for the first cohort of companies we run this with, and it may change for customers who come later. If you start a pilot at these terms, those are the terms we honour for your pilot — we don't reprice you mid-pilot.
Start a pilot
About a minute. We reply in writing — normally within one business day — with what your export needs to contain and what the first 30 days would look like for your list. No call to book, no card, no payment, no obligation.
Business details only at this stage. Your customer file is only ever transferred after you accept the pilot terms, through a secure upload link we send you.
RebootQuote does not guarantee appointments, revenue, or any return on the setup fee.
